Discreet Packaging:
All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or standard issue packaging from UPS or the United States Post Office. Some items may be shipped in opaque padded envelopes, but never breakable items or items whose shape could be identified. The packages themselves have no mention of Satin and Lace or of the packages contents, and the return address is listed as S&L LLC.
Order Processing:
Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after hours or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once the order is processed, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with all available tracking numbers. The shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order, calculated from the time you receive your shipment notification, and not from the time your order was placed. Shipping times are approximate and may be extended by events such as inclement weather. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other factors beyond our control.
Free Shipping:
The Free Shipping Offer is non-expedited service for orders totaling $150 or more after discounts. This offer is only good for orders shipping to the continental United States. Satin and Lace reserves the right to select the shipping method for items qualifying for "Free Shipping," and as such all or part of your order may ship Standard Ground, with an arrival estimate of 5-9 days.
International Shipping:
Satin and Lace does not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Errors:
Satin and Lace uses information you provide in order to ship your package. An attempt will be made to verify your address with you in the case of a misspelling or typo. In the event that an entirely incorrect address is provided, you should reach out to us to as soon as possible to correct the mistake, as orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Should a package be deemed undeliverable due to incorrect delivery information, the package may be re-shipped at your further expense.
