How it works:
Simply select Pickup In Store at checkout, and you will be able to pick up your order at our 66 Sugar Hollow Road location in Danbury, at no extra charge!
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an emailed receipt with our contact-less pick up instructions, and the "State" will show as "Shipment: ready" to let you know that everything in your order is in stock! Once your order is processed and packaged, you will then receive a separate email letting you know it's available! You will then have until 6 PM that business day to pick it up, unless you contact us to make other arrangements.
Once you've arrived at 66 Sugar Hollow Road, call or text us (203) 794-1900 and have your order details, such as name and order number, ready for verification. Once your order is verified, your parcels will be placed outside in a sheltered, monitored location for you to collect after our associate is back inside.
In-store pick up is only available during normal business hours, from 12 PM to 6PM. We offer free shipping on all orders over $20 for those who can't make it to the store during those hours.
If you've placed your Click & Collect order on a Sunday or Holiday, or after 6 PM during the week, your order won't be processed or available for pick up until the next business day.
After you've received the email that lets you know your order is ready, you'll have until 6 PM that business day to collect it, unless you contact us (via phone call, voicemail, text, email, the Contact Us form on our website, Instagram or Twitter DM, or Facebook Messenger) to make other arrangements.
If your order has not been collected by 12:15 PM the following business day and you have not contacted us by any means, we will reach out to you using the contact information you've provided with your order, in an attempt to either remind you, schedule a new pickup time for your order, or arrange for shipping if your order is eligible. Sometimes life happens, and these days are especially hectic, we will work with you to make sure you get your order!
If the contact information you've provided is incorrect and you haven't reached out of your own volition, or you do not respond to any messages about your order, or your order still hasn't been collected and no alternate arrangements have been made, your order will be deemed an Abandoned Order at 6 PM the following business day, in effect a total of three days after your order was received.
Abandoned Orders will be cancelled and restocked, and you will be issued a refund for the total purchase price of your items and any applicable sales tax paid, minus a restocking fee.
In the event that you abandon your order, a one time restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount you are refunded. The restocking fee amount will depend on various factors related to our processing and restocking the refunded items from the Abandoned Order, but will not exceed 10% of your order total. For example, if the total purchase price of the items you ordered plus applicable sales tax is $36, the restocking fee deducted from your refund will be no more than $3.60.
